Can I charge a phone ?
Yes we will provide a number of charging slots in the office. Times will be advertised.
Where do I get a program ?
You will be able to download a printable version about a week before the festival. We will have a full program available from there Colourfest Office on-site for £1
Do I need a car park ticket?
Yes. All cars and camper van’s parked onsite will need to have purchased the relevant parking ticket, available on the ticket page of the website from 31st December 2019.

I have a disability, can I still come to your festival ?
We have disabled toilets, all access to outside structures are on ground level, but on lawns which may inhibit movement. The house has disabled access.
Is there mobile signal ?
The site is rural so finding a signal can be a challenge. There is patchy signal but it’s probably best to turn phones off when not in use as it taxes battery to search for signal.
Can I have a drink on site ?
We are a drug and alcohol free festival. There will be no alcohol on sale at the event and we ask people not to bring alcohol with them.
Is the festival child friendly ?
Yes. We are drug and alcohol free and it is a safe and nurturing environment. We have a full childrens program catering up to the age of 12. This year we are opening more for teens.
What are the dates of the festival ?
Colourfest 2020 dates are 4th June – 7th June. Gates open from 10am on the Thursday 4th June until 5.30pm on Sunday 7th June.
My ticket has not arrived?
Tickets were issued on purchase on a downloadable link. Please either print or bring on your devise so we can scan the QR code.
Do you hold my Email Address?
We hold the emails of previous attendees and send out notifications and offers relevant to new events. Please let us know if you’d like your details removed.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
There will be no refunds available on purchased tickets.
