Ruth has been worked with Alexander’s ideas for over thirty years. She teaches people from all walks of life both individually and in groups. She has worked in New York, Tokyo, Singapore and currently in the UK. Alongside her private practice she is an Alexander consultant for Lush promoting the well being benefits of the Technique within the workplace.
