“A class designed specially for teens… Come along for an hour of Yoga with Rosie! Filled with mindfulness games, yoga flow, partner work, maybe even some acro challenges! Or just enjoy chilling in child pose and soak up the guided relaxation at the end. Suitable for ages 13 – 19, all abilities. Beginners or Experts, everyone is welcome!”
“For Rosie, Yoga is all about healing. Having been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and M.E. as a teenager, Rosie began yoga as a way to build some much needed physical strength. Through this she discovered the healing power of yoga not only on the body, but also the mind. She is now passionate about spreading the magic of yoga with as many people as possible, and firmly believes in the importance of introducing yoga and mindfulness to children and teenagers, especially in today’s modern stressful world.

Rosie creates a safe space in her classes, where it’s more important to listen to your body than have the perfect pose, and there is always some fun to be had!

She studied Early Years Education at University, Qualified with The Teen Yoga Foundation in 2017, is an Aromatouch Massage Therapist, and completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali with The Santosha Yoga Institute.”
